INVITATION TO THE ARCHBISHOP OF GATINEAU'S GOLF OMNIUM ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2022, AT 12:00 NOON

Once again, this year, we are offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the charities supported by the Archbishop of Gatineau. These non-profit organizations are an asset for our communities. Their work is essential to the well-being of our neighbors in need. Since its foundation, the Archdiocese of Gatineau has recognized the social impact of these organizations and supports their mission throughout our region. For the eighth consecutive year, all the funds raised by the Archbishop's Golf Omnium will be distributed in bursaries to non profit organizations that are seeking financial assistance from the Archdiocese of Gatineau.

VISIT TO THE PARISHES OF THE UPPER GATINEAU

This Wednesday, June 22, the team of the diocesan center and its various services will visit the parishes of the Upper Gatineau which are now part of the diocese of Gatineau.

This visit will be an opportunity to discover these parishes as well as their pastors and their various leaders. It will also be an opportunity for them to discover the staff and services of the diocesan center. So, a courtesy visit that has an evangelical flavor. At noon, the team members will share a fraternal meal with the parish leaders of the different communities.

As a reminder, the parishes formerly belonging to the Diocese of Mont-Laurier, which have been part of the Diocese of Gatineau since June 1, are: Assumption of Mary and St. Patrick in the municipality of Maniwaki, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, which serves the Catholic population of Kitigan Zibi, St. Mary of the Incarnation in the municipality of Gracefield, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel in the municipality of Duhamel. For several years, however, the parish of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel (Duhamel) has been administered by the Diocese of Gatineau.
