ELECTION PROCEDURE FOR DIRECTORS CANDIDATES WANTED As stipulated by articles 4.7, 5.2, and 5.3 of the Constitution, each member that wants to propose a candidate, other than those mentioned above, can do so by communicating with the Association at least forty-five (45) days before the Annual General Meeting, so before Monday, July 3rd, 2023. Candidates nominated for directorship positions on the Association’s board must be supported by the signatures of five (5) active members of the QPMA, performing as senior executives, and representing five (5) different companies. To demonstrate a commitment to the QPMA, the five (5) signatures must be handwritten/physical. The candidate must also send his application letter *. This year, two (2) positions are open from the sectors: Wholesaler-Importer-Exporter (1) and Grower-Packer-Processor-Shipper (1) with a place of business in Quebec in keeping with our principle of membership representation by sector of activity. RENEWED MANDATES The nomination committee of the Association advises you of the list of directors whose mandate’s term expires on December 31st, 2023, and those who renew them for the next 2 years until December 31st, 2025.
